Requests for medication

Important our receptionists cannot issue your medication - this is done by your GP and can take up to 48 hours
We accept requests on paper (remember to use the medication list on right side of your green slip)
You can also request by post if you include a self addressed envelope
Finally a medication request can be made through three local pharmacies - please enquire with our reception
We do not accept telephone requests as this may lead to confusion and the issuing of incorrect medication
